Movistar

Does Movistar have a English speaking helpline?
Currently I'm with Vodafone and their English speaking helpline, 22189 option 3, is excellent.
Thinking of changing to Movistar for a 4G internet connection.
Just did some speed tests, Movistar 80+ Mbps, Vodafone 30+ Mbps.
Cheers

Their sales line (1004) usuallyresults in getting an English speaker but the fault line (1002) can be more problematic. If all else fails, call the sales line and ask them to connect you to an English speaking support person.

Overall Movistar customer support has improved enormously over the last few years. They are now (almost) a pleasure to deal with!

Their 4G speeds are impressive, I have seen it as high as 130mb on occasions.

Online chat (via their web site) is more likely to produce an English speaker. In addition, you have a complete record of the conversation.
