doesn`t exist that a full sky package for a one off payment. Full sky packages require monthly payments.

Yes they do.
A year up-front costs about €900. That's for the full package and you don't need a UK address. You pay your money, I send you the card, You watch the channels.
I have many clients who do it like this, they don't want the hassle with their parents address etc....

If you want any more information PM me.

My parents got a one off sky package for 292€ last year (excluding movies and sport) and had to have a 'UK address' to get it and they have just started to lose channels like Discovery etc. and are unable to renew. 900€ seems a bit steep (or does this include box, dish and fitting?), considering if you like Premiership football (and I assume it includes the sports channels), half the matches aren't screened!! Best to look at Art Sport if you are a footie fan for a fraction of the cost!! Just out of interest, how much would the 'basic' package cost which includes discovery, sky one etc?

Sky Card

Postby Zeb747 » Tue Jan 31, 2006 12:38 am

:) Give Orbit a ring in Estapona the number escapes me at the moment; the chap there installed our system and was very good.
Although I had managed to obtain a Sky nearly free card through our UK address.
The cost of the card was £20ish if the grey cell is correct and that was a year or so back.

The €900 goes to Sky. The client wanted all the channels including Sports and Movies.
I always tell my clients that it is cheaper going through an English address than going to me but some people don't want the hassle.
The card that is on sell for 20 quid will only get you 2 extra channels, Channel 4 and Five. BBC and ITV are FTA. No card needed.

This bloke Murdoch's got it made. You pay him a load of money to watch a bunch of worthless television channels all of which are crammed with inane advertisements which he charges other people to show. :?

I can think of better ways to spend my money... and my time, come to that.
