Samizdat, a properly aligned dish and LNB makes a great difference due to the weakness of the signal. Even if your dish was professionally installed it may be worth getting it checked for alignment. The map was prepared from user reports around the country and, as you can see from Rossini's post, may not be 100% correct.

The Pace DS430N is currently the best digibox for fringe areas but as I have said somewhere else a good branded free to air receiver will out-perform any make of digibox and costs a fraction of the price.

This is the box we have got, we paid 85 off ebay for it delivered to our house here. Brand new.

That's more or less what you would pay for a good free to air receiver so you got a bargain.

I think Samizdat would like the name of your installer to see if he will check his dish.
