Vodafone Connect 3G

From what I understand this is used to connect a laptop to Vodafone network.

Looking at the speeds it is faster than a normal landline, if so is there any way I can use this in conjunction with a PC ?
Unfortunately no ADSL or RDSI(sp)? where I live (Valencia region) and land line is so slow-

Had this for a while, waiting for telefonica to get thier act together and give me a land line/ADSL. It was painfully slow and it quickly went over the limit even downloading simple documents - then you really got pasted for charges, cost me a fortune! Would not recommend it for anything other than straightforward emails and then only if you are desperate!! Domn't know whether it was my area to blame or if this is general experience? Maybe I was unlucky.
