Scapping a car

does anyone know how you go about this..its an English plated car or if anyone wants it foc please PM me

Take it to your nearest scrappy and send log book back to DVLC in Swansea with a covering note. If you had informed DVLC that your were taking the vehicle abroad then you could have simply scrapped it without informing anybody. IMPORTANT to let DVLC know.
