Spanish vehicle history checks

Does anybody know where I can purchase a Spanish vehicle history check, similar to the HPI check in the Uk please.

I don't think there is an equivalent private organisation but you can check for unpaid fines, debts, legal proceedings and embargoes etc. at the provincial DGT office.
