Where is Trafico in Cadiz?

Hi,
I need to change my old UK driving Licence for a Spanish one. I'm being lazy here and asking on here rather than hunting through the internet... but ... does anyone know where Trafico is in Cadiz ...

The address given on the DGT web site is Santa Rafaela María, 2, Código Postal 11071.

If you don't know where that is you should be able to find it using Vía Michelin or another on-line map.

It's on the left hand side of the long central avenue going into Cadiz, about 2/3 of the way down. There is a square on the left side whch I think is called Plaza Asdrubal. Trafico is on a street behind the square, but you can often park on the square blue parking zone.

If you can get onto the maritime drive it is easier to access the square as you can't turn in off the central ave. The link should give you and idea how to find it.
