buyng a car...
ok i found this car thats quite cheap(second hand obv) but i noticed it says "needs paperwork" on the window. i called the number-well its a really good deal except.. well the owner bought the car last year but the previous owner moved back to england without transferring the car. now the current owner says thats not a problem cause he has "a photocopy of the previous owners passport" and supposedly thats good enough. he says he doesnt need the car cause he bought a new one. so my question is-is that photocopy enough or is he trying to *beep* me up? cheers

I would just tell the vendor that you will buy the car when he has transferred it into his name.
