Anyone living "nearish" Malaga airport ?
I'm shipping my motorbike to Malaga and intend to keep it in Spain until November. I'm looking for somewhere near the airport to store the bike between visits. So someone with a garage that has some space not being fully used is what I'm looking for. I'm willing to pay a rate per day and there would be periods during the summer when the bike would be gone for a few weeks at a time. So anyone here ? Or do you have a friend that could do with a few extra euro a day ?

What about one of the long term parking companies. They have indoor parking for bikes.

well there are an awful lot of expats who live nearish Malaga airport. Plus the Subject doesn't say anything about garaging so could be about anything vehicle related.
A long term parking company might cut you a decent deal for nine months. OR you could widen your area to " near public transport link" .

Re: Anyone living "nearish" Malaga airport ?
I've been quoted €95 a month from the usual places in the airport. This is the same as a car price ! I'm hoping to get it cheaper. A motorbike takes up very little room when on its stand so could be against wall and out of way. So someone with space in their garage maybe a €15 taxi ride away could make €50 a month for very little effort. It would cover the standing charge on the electricity bill for them

I got parking for €2 a day and I'm really pleased with it. I arrive in Malaga on Wednesday morning and will be collecting the bike for a few days riding. Thinking of heading up to Pradallano in the Sierras.

Yes but I may call the "person" you suggested for my next period. The bike is returning to Ireland next Monday by truck. A company called www.overlanders.ie do regular runs to Spain for bikers. Thanks for your help.
PS . . . . . I had a great bike spin today around Casares . . . Gaucin & Ronda(ish) . Great roads but lots of sand & debris from the recent rain.
