Do you have an official, and probably paid for, sign saying "vado permanente" outside your garage?
If not then, probably, the person parking there has every right to park there and you could be in trouble if you got his car towed away.

I agree with Gerry.

I would suggest that you first contact the Local Police they will know the correct way to deal with the matter.

Gordon.

I am sure you need a sign warning of action if entrance is obstructed. They have a licence number on them.

Yes that's correct 'Costakid', you have to pay an annual tax to your local town hall, the amount varies according to your area, if you fail to pay they just remove the sign ..and fine you for non-payment !'
But if anyone has a constant problem with inconsiderate parking I would recommend paying the annual fee, well worth it.

Gordon

Didn't the information, about how to call the grua, come with the licence for the sign?

when someone parked in front of our gate and i couldnt get out to go to work, i called the local police. they couldnt tow it (no towtruck avaliable) but gave them a ticket.

its happened twice in 6 years, and we didnt have a numbered sign on the gate.

they were there in minutes, surprising, considering it was 0600 both times. As far as i know, you have to call the local police in the first instance, so that theres a record of it?
