dashboard lube and UV-protector

I just bought a new car for the first time and I want to get some lubricant for the dashboard leather and some UV protectant. I have looked quite extensively in various stores but there seems to be none whatsoever, not even at Norauto or Carrefour. Which seems weird in the land of the scorching sun.

Do you guys know a place?
