mini motos clubs

I have been offered a mini moto to buy at a bargain price and it seems like alot of fun, however there seems to be no where to ride them legally.

car parks and feria grounds will still get the policia locals fine book busy.

they are so noisy that urban areas will get you lynched by the neighbours, so my question is does anyone have one and where can you ride it??

at 50e they seem like cheap second hand fun, but where would i take it?? are most just rotting in people garages after initial purchase??
