Google the item too. It will throw up a large list of car breakers, who catalogue their stock. Ebay the same.

The item is just not available in UK, a m assuming this is due to salted roads, the local bmw cannot even source one.
I am now thinking of trying to source one in Spain when over and have it shipped home.
Does anyone have a website for Spanish breakers.

Not sure if you tank is just holed, or missing.
If the former, there is a specialised epoxy fluid available to permanently repair holed/corroded tanks, both petrol and diesel.
Google for info.
Companies do exist to repair/renovate/remake, as well.

scotty,
Thanks for that, I will let you know if the tank I have bought is ok, the story is I have bought it on the phone and someone else collecting and paying for so I will not know what I have bought and paid for for a week or so , a bit risky but this item I have found impossible to get.
It be interesting to see what your experience of these cars are as I assume you have one since you member of the e30 club that I did not get to access.
I thought the tank od e21 and e30 the same but I assume you know they different, I will let you know how it works out.

regards...

Enniscorthy ? Ireland  . Are you shipping it to Spain or UK ? If you are into the E21 then log onto http://www.e30owners.com its an Irish forum but with a good European membership.
