Does anyone know of a Citroen specialist (not main dealer) or an automatic gearbox specialist in Malaga or Axarquia area. I can only find one in Estapona.

Took my Citroen there under warranty (second hand car), Insurance took it there from Torrox. The dealer in Elche didn't like the quote of 4,000€ so paid for a Grua up there for his man to fix. The invoice was for 4500€ ! and then they Grua -ed it back to Torrox.

I had the impression that the above were very competent, at the time it was run by an English bloke with a Spanish partner, English was on the verge of retirement (seven years ago)

Are you thinking of John Dodd in Churianna? John died last year and i cant find any details for his company so i guess it closed on his passing.

I went there years ago as I knew him from Santa Pod when he used to race the beast. He had it stored in his workshop in Spain and I went to visit him.

Well isn´t this a blast from the past. I used to run my beetle in RWYB at the pod, I was there when the rocket car caught fire. I was in the stand behind the start line, getting covered in rocket fuel.

You should look at Santa Pods youtube or Facebook page. Outlaw Anglias running 6 seconds. I was at the Pod when the first top fuel ran a 5. Peter Crane. My old Zephyr with a 302 Mustang engine ran a high 12 which was quick back then. They now run 9s
