Car insurance

I've just renewed my car insurance as it runs out tomorrow. I asked the guy to email me the proof of payment, in case I get stopped by the police. He was quite happy to do that, but said that I would be covered for another month under my current proof of payment.

How does that work? Is car insurance for 1 year and 1 month? :shock:
I'm nobody :( and nobody's perfect. Therefore, I'm perfect :lol:

I've just been told the same thing.

I did my insurance through Linea Directa & they told me to print off the bank statement which shows the debit to them, that with the documents & premium match up.

Obviously, if you paid in cash this won't work :roll:
