Bats
Re: Bats
When we lived in the UK we had bats living in our roof.
Enquiries at the health department of our local council suggested there was no risk to health.
Used to be interesting watching them come out when it was getting dark.
Cheers

Re: Bats
A quick Google search reveals that bats can carry rabies so it could be a problem if one bites you.

Re: Bats
If they are protected in Spain as they are in the UK you will need to pay a specialist to deal with it, they can only be removed at certain times of the year, in the UK it is an expensive thing to do, if I had to do it again I would be tempted to smoke them out and let them move in next door Lol and block up the entrance areas to stop them returning, although a lot live under the eaves they don't always enter the building
No soporto ver la casa sucia, ahora mismo me levanto y apago la luz.
