Dangerous Dogs visitng Spain & in Pina Del Ray

Hello,

I'd like to know if dogs classed as dangerous dogs can be walked in the Pina del Ray or any other campo in Andalucia.

I am aware the dog needs to be on a 1M leash and muzzled, i'd just like to know if there are any legal issues with taking the dog to this area as it's a place people take children and all dogs classed as dangerous cannot be in children's parks or recreational areas.

Also, I live in Gibraltar where my Rottweiler is not classed as a dangerous dog, do I still need to apply for a dangerous dog licence in Spain even though the dog is 'visiting' Spain?

The dog has a passport and all vaccines etc.
