I would be very worried that it would bite a child or somebody going about their daily work at your place. Get expert advice. I wouldnt have it in my house as you said it is unpredictable

Muzzle. You really shouldn't be taking an unmuzzled dog outside when you know it's a biter. Since children can't help petting cute dogs it is irresponsible to endanger them by not having a muzzle on.
