Obtaining IBI document

Postby chrissiehope » Wed Nov 28, 2018 11:56 am

In the past I have posted how to do this, but following my own instructions, I am getting the message "No se han encontrado recibos con esos datos"
I am on the site https://portalweb.prpmalaga.es/opencms/ ... sPago.html and have entered the matricula, NIE, and area exactly as in previous years, but it isn't happy

Have things changed, or have I got something wrong ?

I just want to say that 41 people have looked this, and given all the knowledge on here I am surprised no-one has even any suggestions ! I really do need help with this !

It seems to be the correct link. Unfortunately I have no documentation with which to check as my town hall is not covered by the patronato.

Try this as an alternative link:

https://portalweb.prpmalaga.es/APP_CARTAPAG/init.do

I don't know why there should be two.

If I thought I could have helped I would have done but I have never had need to visit the site.
However, I just connected to it, entered my data as on my paper copy of my IBI bill and got the same message as you.
AlI I can suggest is you phone the help line number that they have on the site.
Cheers

How strange - I wonder if there's a problem with the site ? I don't have a digital sig, or a Clave, so I'm a bit limited as to what I can do.
I might give the office in Archidona a call - I've done it in the past with some success, tho' the girl on the other end spoke English, so that made it a lot easier ;-)

Update !
I finally bit the bullet & called the Recaudacion office in Archidona. I spoke to a very helpful young man, who spoke enough English that I didn't have to resort to my very rusty Spanish. Having explained my problem, he said he could email me with a copy. So I asked for a few earlier years while I was at it, and after a hiccup with the address (my email addrees is a bit longwinded these days) they have all arrived in one .pdf doc :-) . The actual online problem has not been resolved, but at least I know I can get them in future if needs be (i.e. if the casa is still not sold....)
