Domiciliacion now required for Seg Social?

I have received a letter from TGSS telling me that I have to pay my monthly Seg Soc contributions by domiciliacion in my bank account

Exigencias técnicas del control informático de la Recaudación determinan la necesidad de que el pago do las cuotas individuales a la SS, debe efectuarse por medio del cargo en cuenta en una Entidad Financiera

Is this a legal requirement? Having had problems with domiciliacion in the past I prefer to pay mine in person at the bank using the slips but it seems this option is now being removed? Is this legitimate or another case of them trying it on? Am I legally obliged to conform to this or is just paying it on time every month enough?

it doesn´t actually say it has to be done by domiciliacion

Doesn´t debe mean "have to" in this context, it says more in the letter all using the verb deber.............?

yes , "have to", but not "have to domiciliar"
the word debe is there, but the word domiciliar is not.

It looks to me to be saying that the payment must be made via an account,so on the last day of the month go to your bank with the slip and tell them to pay this slip from your account, (not making a standing order), that´s the way it reads to me, know doubt frank will correct me.

This is what I always do anyway hence why I thought it must be to domiciliar.......

maybe it´s a general letter to everyone rather than a letter to just you personally.
