Valor catastral

Hi,

Just received a note from the ayuntamiento de Mijas that they have tried to deliver some documents to me regarding valor catastral. Is this to update the value of the property or what? We pay our taxes every year, and I don't think the value of the property has changed much since we bought it. It went up, and then down.
