Is it possible to Denuncia someone who ows you mony bearing in mined you have a recept,and how is this done.

I suggest you contact the Office of consumers for advice as there is a small claims Court procedure in Andalucia which is a lot simpler than anything else but I am not sure what you mean when you say someone owes you money but you have a receipt? Do you mean an IOU? Was it a private loan to them or something you sent an albaran for but was never paid? I think you would need to have a very clear translation of the circumstances of this debt before proceeding on any action..........
