Not in Nerja but there is a gestor in Torrox that we have used repeatedly as they have provided us excellent and efficient service. Would recommend Teresa and her husband without hesitation.
Gestoria Segura
c/ Almedina nº 9 - 4º A
29770 TORROX (Málaga)
Tel: 952 535444
Fax: 952 535442

Maria Cobos. I'm unsure if she does gestor work re setting up a business, but if you phone 952521499 and speak to Anne, she'll let you know.
(Mrs Cobos comes highly recommended - patricia & I both use her)

I used her when I was in Nerja and many friends also recommend her.

I can also recommend Teresa.
Her English is very good and her husband is Dutch so his English is excellent!

FWIW we also bought insurance for our cars and house from Teresa, well her husband Arend actually. They were marginally more expensive than Linea Directa and the like, but I figured having them available in person to deal with any claims would be far simpler than dealing with some anonymous company over the phone.
