Purchasing a rental property

So, in our plan to move to Spain in the autumn one of the things we are considering is that the property we purchase has a rental casita on the same footprint. Can anyone point me at somewhere that gives a sort of 'everything you should know about renting in Spain' type webpage?
We are hoping this will boost our UK Government pensions by a little - fortunately we are not reliant on the income, more a hobby.
