Hola everyone - I hope you can help me please.
I inherited property in Spain in 2009 and have now managed to get a buyer but I wondered if someone could tell me exactly what the 3% non residence tax is that I'm having to pay? I live in the UK.
I have looked into whether I will need to pay Capital Gains Tax in the UK and I'm pretty sure I won't need to pay anything as it will be within my £11,100 a year (I think) allowance.
Thanks in advance,
Bugs
