House Value Calculator

Postby concorde » Fri Nov 04, 2016 6:37 pm

I was given this link from here

http://www.juntadeandalucia.es/economia ... Urbana.jsp

It look like we have a buyer for our Spanish holiday house.
a big loss but it has to go.
The offer we've had has me slightly worried that it may seem under valued, and may not be accepted by the Spanish taxman.

I've done the calculations on this site but it seems very low based on my valour cadastral but since we pay peanuts anyway on that it could be right.

Can someone please translate the wording on the link in case Ive missed something and have the entry/dates horribly wrong.

You need to enter the date of the proposed sale.

If you want to double check your figures go here:

http://juntadeandalucia.es/boja/2016/14 ... 096004.pdf

It will open a PDF. Scroll down to page 148 onwards, find your municipality and multiply your valor catastral by the coefficient shown.
Let's go Brandon!

Thanks for that, I did have that link saved, but forgot what it was for!
I think I will be o.k., but was rather worried

I'm stressed enough as got a local buyer today, and in a bit of a fizz as things move so quickly compared to U.K.
Typical as we were over a couple of months ago and had no intention of going over again until Easter.
Still, mustn't look a gift horse in the mouth.
