Power of Attorney in Spain

Postby TinaTapas » Tue Aug 29, 2017 7:01 pm

Has anyone done this in Spain?

A close relative wants me to do this and I in turn would like to do the same: make each other responsible in the event that either of us becomes unable to manage our own affairs/make our own decisions

Do we have to do separate POAs in UK and Spain? Or can we do one here that covers us in both countries?

Any informed advice gratefully received. Thank you

There was a post about this a few weeks ago. Take a look. Not sure where it was posted, perhaps someone can point you in the right direction
