Modelo 720 Technical Problems

I am trying to complete the 720 for the first time. I get the below message. Is this just me or has anyone else experienced this?

It happens after I click '''''Presentación ejercicio 2017 y siguientes''''''' then choose my digital cert and then a a page full of gobbledegook. I tried to complete the form in both Spanish and English with the same result

My first thought..have you got Java installed on your system

I had thought when I saw Oracle in the error message it might be Java....but no Java on my laptop that I can find!

Searched Uninstall (windows laptop) and no Java programme or Oracle programme there to uninstall.

There are some Java script files in my C Drive for various uses but I cannot open them ...so I think/hope there is no Java lurking anywhere.

It has all started working perfectly again...must have been a temporary problem on Hacienda website as also tried a few other things and got the same error message
