Vegetarian restaurants

I have some vegetarian guests arriving soon and need to recommend resaurants to them. They don't necessarily want vegetarian resaurants, just somewhere to get a nice meal.

Does anyone have any suggestions in the Torrox to Torre del Mar area? Ideally Mezquitilla or Algarrobo?

The Light of India, an Indian restaurant in Torrox Costa does an extensive range of vegetarian and "normal" dishes.
My son, a vegetarian, was most impressed with the selection.

El Pilon in Competa have an excellent veggie range - best to book a table beforehand though as it gets very busy.

El Salmon in Torre del Mar (on the main road opposite the police station) does veggie food. They do a nice menu del dia (8.45€) and always have a veggie choice for starter and main, plus on the a la carte too. (I think one of the owners is vegetarian.)

Just make sure your guests are non-drinkers - 4.30€ for a gin and tonic, (very) small bottles of water dearer than Coke in small bottles at 1.50€ or 1.80€ - I can't remember accurately as I was too concerned that my wallet was bleeding...

Thanks, I'll pass those suggestions on.
