Taxi charges from Malaga Airport to Malaga bus station.

We are arriving around 7.30pm on Sunday night and will be taking the public bus to Torrox/Nerja. Can anyone confirm the prices of a taxi from Malaga airport to Malaga bus station. We don't want to miss any buses if we can.

I do not know what the fare is by taxi, but I always take the train from the airport. Even on a Sunday the service is regular. The bus station in Malaga is right across the street from the train station which is only one stop from the airport.

These are Málaga city taxi charges, however from the airport there is a minimum service established of 19,01 € on a sunday.

Per km on Sun -1,03 (about 10 kms) to bus station
Initial fee - 1,77
Per bag (over 60 cms) - 0,45

Or you could take the bus from the airport. I think they run every half an hour and take around 40 minutes. Cost used to be a euro, number 19. Can't remember the time of the last bus to torrox/nerja - but you can find it on the Alsa web site http://www.alsa.es:80/portal/site/Alsa/

Looks like 7.30pm to Torrox and 11pm to Nerja from a quick glance. Hope this is not too late for you .

There is a board with all the taxi fares from the airport outside the exit from arrivals.
