Anyone know how to get tickets for Malaga's game on Sunday night? Arriving at Malaga airport on Sunday afternoon. Is it likely to be a sell-out? (Espanyol is the visiting team).
Any idea on ticket prices?
Where's best stand to watch from (although I heard that half the ground is being renovated just now so maybe choice is limited?!).
All assistance gratefully received.
Cheers

We have season tickets to Malaga (our first season) the games hubby went to last year he just bought the ticket at the shop in the Roseleda shopping centre or at the stadium. He used to travel up and buy the ticket a few days before the game. He just said you can usually buy them at the stadium no problem. (don´t quote us on that!)
The ticket prices vary as to who they are playing. Real Madrid and Barcelona are 100 euro´s up to around or over 200 euro´s. Last season he paid around 35 euro´s a game on average. Where ever you have a seat in the stands there is an excellent view- only one of the sides is open, the other is still being re-built.
Unfortunatly we are tied up for the rest of the week so I can´t offer to go and buy a ticket in advance for you, sorry! We were up in Malaga today too.
We went to the Malaga B game last Sunday, it was painfully dull!

Yes tickets are available at the ground before kick off, Sundays game that kicks off at 9pm will not be a sell out, tickets will cost from about 30 euros , one side still under construction but both ends and main stand open, good view from anywhere in ground, very few facilities inside ground so make the most of the bars etc outside, and by the way we dont have meat pies and Bovril here we all live on Coca Cola and pippas (sunflower seeds) !!! hope you enjoy your visit.
Just to say thank you so much to those who took time and trouble to reply. We decided to go for it and are so glad we did.
We drove to the stadium, got parked without too much hassle and got tickets at the ground about half an hour before kick-off. 30 euros for a ticket (it was 20 euros for a ticket in the away support). Staff at the stadium very helpful to tell us where to find our seats - unintelligible from the various numbers on the tickets!! Got great seats, even at that late hour. Good atmosphere, nothing like the hostility I've seen at games in the UK. Everything was perfect - except for the result.
Planning to go again when we're back out in a couple of weeks. Who knows, might even end up with a season ticket after making the big move out there!
