Endesa Online

Postby Alan-LaCala » Tue Jan 24, 2012 5:58 pm

For a variety of reasons to do with Correos, we have not had an electricitry bill since April 2010. Not a major problem as the money is still taken from the bank every 2 months and seems to be about right.

However now that the Town Hall have given our little street a proper name there is a good chance that bills will be delivered if Endesa have the new name.

A friend told me about Endesa Online and I have just gone onto the site to stumble at the first hurdle. The first thing they want for registation in a UPDC. Nowhere on my bill is there something marked UPDC.

I have a Actividad económica (CNAE), a CUPS, a Contrato acceso, a númera de contedor, and a Factura no.
Anyone any idea what a UPDC is?

Thanks.

Alan

Hi Alan
I think you might have a problem.
When I signed up to the online service I needed details from my last bill. Previous bills weren't any use.
Cheers

UPDC is the same as CUPS.

If you go to this registration page:

Endesa registration

and click on 'Help' next to the UPDC field it shows that it is the same as the CUPS number.

Where it asks for 'Bill number' the help section states that it can be any bill number issued under that contract.

Endesa Online: valid tax number

Postby Calahonda52 » Mon Jul 02, 2012 10:48 am

Tried to sign up last week for the online service and it rejected the online form because
" the field identification must be a valid tax identification number "

I tried it through the link posted earlier and the newer one
http://www.endesaonline.com/EN/Hogares/

I have tried my:
Passport number
NIF number as shown on the last bill
NIE number which has the format 'letter dash 7 digits dash letter' eg: A-1234567-B
( I tried dropping the dashes but to no avail.)

Just wonder what am I missing.
Thanks

I found on another forum that you actually have to chose the option "Passport" with your NIE number! I used the form "YxxxxxxxM" and it seems to work. Very intuitively, isn't it!

On a similar vein, I registered on line last year and have always received my bills via email but didn't receive last months although the money was taken out of my account as usual, has anybody else not had theirs or is it just me?

Good thinking Country boy, I've just logged into my account, and my details were shown confirming it was my account but when clicking on 'list bills' or 'last invoice' just a blank page  so I'm presuming just a glitch on yet another crap spanish website

Appears to have sorted itself out and I managed to get on line and check my bill
