Pumpkin Seed Oil Capsules

Anybody know of a place I can buy Pumpkin Seed Oil Capsules in the Rincon de la Victoria/ Torre del Mar/ Nerja areas?
I know I can get them on line but wondered if there was anywhere local.

maybe try one of the health food/natural shops ... there are several such places in Velez ... must be similar in Torre or Nerja ...

Problem is I can't remember having seen any of that type shop. I'll have a wander around to see if I can find one.

Are the seeds not to your requirements as they are easily obtained in the Health Food Shops....

Easier to take a capsule. Not sure how many seeds I'd need to eat to be equivalent to the dosage of a 1000 mg capsule.

Just been there. They don't have Pumpkin Seed Oil but have another product which she said was very good.
