How much to bring a car and a van to costa del sol

Hi Guys/Gals

I have just moved to Almayate, however i wanna bring my car over and also im gonna buy a van in the uk to bring my belongings over, however the ferries are charging a fortune.

My old home is Cornwall so nearest port is Plymouth but would drive down to Portsmouth.

Does anyone now of cheap way, Pls help!!!!

Try asking a local removal firm that travels to spain on a regular basis they sometimes accomodate other storage if they have room dont know how much they charge though but its worth a shot. Good luck

Seafrance Dover/Calais route is £35 one way. Pity you 'live' in Cornwall.

A quick check on ferrysmart.co.uk throws up £294 (fluid pricing :roll: ) for the Plymouth/Santander route with Brittany Ferries in April but that was for a return as it wouldn't let me do a single trip enquiry. It might be worth you spending some time having a look on their site as that seems a reasonable price.

£98 with euro tunnel on a late night crossing, also took out insurance for three days in sae, £33
