Endesa client area - login

Do you have a query on how to get things done in Andalucia, where to find things, who to call? Find out by posting and hear about others experiences.

Endesa client area - login

Postby TorreDelAguila » Tue Apr 04, 2017 8:22 am

Endesa have changed their Client webpage. There now seems to be no means of logging in, in order to view bills, claims, etc.
Can anyone help with a webpage/address which allows logging in?
Thanks.

Yep, looks like they've broken it! I even filled in the form on the page Enrique linked, to see if that would bring me to my account, but when you hit "Finalizar" - nada! Tried Chrome & Firefox. Perhaps they use the same IT people as the Spanish govt. Most of their websites don't function correctly either.
I would wait a day or two then try again.

Doesn't look like it's under maintenance - just doesn't work. Can't see anything on their Facebook page to suggest they're working on it either

You've had the same experiences as me.
Thanks everyone - nothing surprises about Endesa inaccessiblity!

Yes, working OK now, but it wasn't earlier.

Thanks, access again. Now to re-tackle the +47% overcharge after the meter was changed (to latest Smart) in mid-Feb, with all claims so for left unresolved. Plus ca change.

Good luck with that. Lots of patience and determination required. You're dealing with a massive organisation that can't even be bothered to put a notice on their website when they're carrying out "maintenance" that prevents you logging in, so you're going to need it in truck loads.
