Denuncia

how do I know if a denuncia has been lodged against me and how do I counter it?

You haven't, i know nothing of Denuncia but basic common sense is if you have not being informed in writing or have had an issue where there is third party witness it did not happen.

Denuncias have nothing to do with common sense, so you don't actually have an answer for me?

You will get an official notification. If you have been denounced then you can answer it be appealing to whichever authority issued the denuncia.
Town hall planning, police or whoever.

presumably that will depend on whoever having the correct address ?

That would be my understanding. It should be the denouncers responsibility to supply an address where the denounced can receive notice of the denuncia. :think:
