Irene, if you are on the Government regulated PVPC tariff, it's quite possible that this small amount does relate to your property. Over the last few weeks consumers have been receiving separate, really small bills (I got one for €0.07 - yes, 7 centimos!). It relates to a new law obliging the electricity companies to recalculate their bills to reflect the cost of comercialisation, and affects bills issued between April 2014 and December 2016. This link explains it, sorry but I couldn't find one in English.IreneD wrote:Hi Wicksey - pulling my hair out here and started on my OH's - and he's got very little to spare! We are at exactly the same point you were at when registering with Endesa. Did they eventually accept you?
We really need to access our bill details as we haven't had a bill through the post for the latest tiny amount taken out of our bank - just over 3 euros . We recently had smart meters installed and - because of the numbers outside the house being wrong - we are wondering if our neighbour might have our meter. If so, he will be cross, as he doesn't live at the house, so presumably has tiny bills..... we are wondering if it's possible we got his bill.
My head is in a whirl, wondering what's going on.

I did receive the paper bill, which had an accompanying letter explaining the reason for it, and I know other people who have received similar ones. Given the tiny amounts involved the cost of producing all these bills, additional letters and postage must be horrendous.
