OK - I forgot about that ! I'm ashamed to say the W7 laptop has been sitting quietly in the corner for some time now - been so busy it's just simpler to use the main pc ;-)

I'm going to uninstall Java, & then try again. I've also cranked up the old netbook I was having problems with in Spain to see if I can sort that, but so far no success... :-( - I may be in touch about that.....

Well, I've uninstalled Java, but I'm still getting told to use it :-(

Doesn't it depend on what browser you are using and not the version of Windows OS as to whether or not Java is required?

The old (last year's ) Form 210 required Java to be installed on your system.

This year it has not been a requirement........

I use Firefox 54.0.1 with no Java either in the Browser or installed on the system, both my Windows 10 systems are setup this way and I've sorted Form 210 out no problem.

My Windows 7 also using Firefox 54.0.1 no Java , loads the Form from Link in FAQ's and imports the Data no problem.

Try clearing Browser Cookies and Cache , reboot and have another go at Form 210...................

OK, will do - err, is that something I do with Ccleaner ? (I'm on Firefox ESR v. 52.2.1 & it says I'm up to date)

p.s. I've sorted part of my netbook problem :-)

Is the site having a problem, or is it just me ? I keep getting the error message "Service currently not available: Get all countries" at the start, but then the form 210 comes up with last years details. I did notice the the boxes where you enter the country code are not working - could that be the problem ? I realised I don't need an NRC no. so that dealt with that, but when I click sign & send, I get

" An error occurred, obtaining the NIF and NAME of the authentication performed, so you can not make the presentation.
Reload the page and try again. Please correct it, please"

I'm about to tear out what little hair I have left....

I think I will - I'm hoping it's not another name conflict, as it was OK last year & nothing has changed...

I've been putting this off for the past week (also been busy!) and have tried again now. I bring up the page from the link in the FAQs, and select my digital cert (in the name of Hope), firstly I get a warning that there is a problem with the country code - clicked OK, and then brings up a blank 210 with my NIE details at the top (in the name of Carlisle), and the following message:

"Error en los siguientes campos:

Se produjo un error obteniendo el NIF y NOMBRE de la autenticación realizada, por lo que no podrá realizar la presentación.
Recargue la página y vuelva a intentarlo.
Corríjalo, por favor"

which to me looks like a problem with the two names :-( - should I try again but with Hope ? I don't know if that would let me upload the previous year's 210 ?

Hi chrissiehope,

I've just tried Form 210 from the FAQ............the one to Pay using Digital Signature..........no country code error

The Form 210 loads and is Blank , the only reference to me (Just Name) is in the top Right hand corner of the Page , no NIE on form at this stage.

I can then import my last years Data.

As it appears you have two records :?: on the AEAT site, you need to get this sorted.

Try with Hope........I've also loaded my Wife's data OK as above with only my name in top Right hand corner.

That's s far as I can go as I paid mine manually when I was last over.............

Chrissie I think I had a similar problem last year and it was down to my anagrama changing. It used to be ASH*. It is now DAV*

I had to complete a blank 210 clearing every field and the re-entering all the data, including deleting and entering the NIE number. The anagrama is shown by the bar code top left of 210.

All of this without a digital signature and using Firefox.

Hi ashtondav,
Did you pay online without using Digital Signature.......... :?:

As that's what Chrissie is trying to do.

Thanks guys -
enrique - As I'm in UK & won't be in Spain for another year, I can't sort anything at the moment. I get the blank form with my name in the top left corner, but it is the name on the NIE (Carlisle) altho' this is triggered by my using my digi cert (which expires on 21st July :-( ) in the name of Hope, so it must be connected somehow !

ashtondav - the entry form doesn't show the anagrama, nor does the previous year's (not the completed version but the one you fill in). I can bring up last year's file, but the country code box isn't properly loaded so I can't enter it. I've just brought up last year's pdf file, & all that is in the top left corner by the bar code is my 'NIE name' & 'CARA'

I'm thinking of trying to do it under my late hubby's name (his digi sig runs out the same as mine), but as he hasn't filed a return for the past 3 years. I suspect that might open a can of worms !

I will try with a blank form & 'Hope'....I don't know what else to try.....

Just seen the recent post -
enrique - I'm trying to fill in online using a digi cert. & then I should be able to pay from the bank account (I'm using Firefox too)

Hi chrissiehope.

Loading the form 210 with Digital Signature...it comes up Blank.......only when you load last year's data are the Boxes filled in.

I would clear your Cookies , cache and Temp files.

Are you using Windows 7 and Firefox........?

For each session of loading Form 210 (with Digital Signature) you need to Close the Browser to Logoff completely as AEAT site says.

Have looked at your Data that AEAT holds on yourself........

I cleared the cookies & cahe files last week at your suggestion, but not since

XP3 & Firefox

Do you mean close the whole browser, or just the AEAT page ? I close the latter when I'm finished, but not the whole browser

I haven't looked recently but have a feeling I couldn't get into that either... I will try shortly

Just tried that link - both 'My Files' & 'My Records' come up with "EN ESTOS MOMENTOS SU PETICION NO PUEDE SER ATENDIDA, CODIGO DE ERROR:0433" after choosing to access with my digital cert

I'm looking into getting a Cl@ve PIN, but as it requires my NIE & name, I'm not sure which name to use - presumably the one on the NIE (Carlisle)...

Edit - just seen your post - OK I'll try that...

Hi chrissiehope,

Had a look back through this Thread as you always seem to have trouble doing your Form 210....... :(

From November 2014.............

"I know I should get this corrected, but as we are hopefully selling the property within the next year, I will only have one more 210 to complete, and now I know the trick, it's not a problem"
