Issues with digital certificate

Issues with digital certificate

Hello there

I've installed the digital certificate onto my pc and have successfully managed to check on my social security contributions etc.

However, having tried the Catastro site, it keeps denying me access

Can anyone shed some light on this, or suggest where I'm going wrong?
Is it perhaps easier to set up and use @clave?

Hi,
Would be good to CL@ve Pin anyway as they will probably phase out the Digital Signature in the coming years.

I can't currently use the CL@ve Pin .........has anyone used it from UK ....... :?:

It could be difficult as it relies on you having a Spanish phone for the PIN. I don't know if it can handle roaming - probably not.

I have the same problem with my Natwest account. I would like to use their app, but it requires a UK phone.

That looks like the case...........even with Spanish SIM on with Roaming in UK.

I have the same problem with my Natwest account
I suppose you do but if not I log on to the NatWest internet application from my phone using Firefox (other browsers are available) which works perfectly.

Using Google Chrome (not my Browser of choice) you can access the Catastro site.

Once we bought the house, it seemed silly not to have a Spanish phone for use when visiting. I bring it back to UK, and it sits on my computer desk, ready for action if required (validating bank transfers online, mostly) :-)

The reason that these apps do not work with a "foreign" phone is that they rely on sending a text message to give to a temporary PIN to use to validate a transaction etc. They do not seem able (or willing) to send an international text message.

Just tried via Chrome and also Foxfire but when I authorise the DS I get the same message https://www.sedecatastro.gob.es/OVCFram ... ERT&Dest=1

I have used the DS successfully for other Sede sites, so not sure what's going on...

As I Posted earlier it works with Chrome..........just tried it again and it brings up the first Page......

Consulta/Certificación de Bienes Inmuebles por Titular

Tried it with Firefox and it says it needs Digital Signature even after it ask which one to use.

I take it you have Imported you Certificate into Chrome........and check it's there........ :?:
