Fuengirola Bus

The bus station in Fuengirola is located in the town centre, on Calle Jacinto Benavente, just one road away from the train station. From here you can take buses along the Costa del Sol, west to Algeciras and east to Malaga. There are also other services across Andalucia and daily, but less frequent, services to Cádiz, Coín, Córdoba, Granada, Madrid, Ronda and Sevilla.

The station has a ticket office and ticket machines and left luggage lockers and there are several cafes and restaurants nearby.

BUS FROM FUENGIROLA TO Marbella

There is a half-hourly stopping bus which runs to Fuengirola. The first bus leaves at 06.35 and the last at 22.33 hrs Sundays 21.50 hrs. Bus line M-220

Bus Fuengirola to Madrid

Interbus  (was Daibus) now part of Damas operates a twice daily direct bus service from Algeciras to Madrid. Departing Algeciras Bus station morning and evening s arriving at Madrid Estación Sur bus station 9 hours later. Price is about 26€ one way. Bus service typically calls to picks at Algeciras (Port), La Linea, Estepona, Marbella, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Malaga before a direct route to Madrid (Estación Sur). There are additional services in the summer from Algeciras, Marbella and Malaga.

Bus Fuengirola to Barcelona

Alsa serves Barcelona with a direct service a day in each direction between Algeciras Bus station and Algeciras Port and Barcelona, Estacio d' Autobusos Nord. The journey takes 18 hours. Price is 132€ single.

Alsa serves Barcelona with four direct service a day between Malaga Bus station and Barcelona, Estacio d' Autobusos Nord. The journey takes 16 hours. Price is 107€ single.

Buses stop in other Andalucia towns, depending on service, namely at Granada, Guadix, Baza, Cullar Baza, Velez Rubio.
