The golf course is situated slightly inland, but high above the town, giving beautiful views down to the sea, and across to the Rio Guadiaro. The course is always in excellent condition and very popular.
It originally opened in 1982 with nine holes and a large lake water feature to negotiate. The current first nine holes were added in 2001 and have a lake and bunkers to contend with. The 18th hole is the one to beat! It is played over the dramatic La Canada gulley.
Practice facilities include a 250m long driving range and two putting greens with a golf academy to hone those skills.
