The self contained accommodation comprises:

A. Ground Floor Apartment (Sleeps 4)
2 twin bedrooms, large sitting room with terrace, barbecue area, logburning fireplace, bathroom, kitchen.
B. First Floor Apartment (Sleeps 4/5)
2 twin bedrooms, one very small single bedroom, large sitting room overlooking gardens and Gibraltar, bathroom and kitchen.
Both apartments are well equipped with full linen and bedding (duvets in winter), dishwasher, microwave. electric oven and gas cooker.
Laundry room available in main house.

Conditions
Arrival Time: After 4 p.m. Departure Time: At 10 a.m.
Payment: 30% deposit on booking, balance on arrival.
Cancellation: Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing. More than 28 days before the holiday commencement date, only the deposit will be retained by us. Otherwise the following charges apply: 15 - 28 days before = 50%, 8 - 14 days before = 75%, 7 days or less = 100%.
We recommend all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance.
