Dear clients and friends,

This month our region is in full bloom and our company is bursting with news for those wishing to live, work and travel better in southern Spain. We now represent Andalucia on the British Chamber of Commerce’s Governing Council in Spain, thus providing a direct source of information and contact for our web users. And we now offer a direct link to book your room with a view at the Parador Hotel of  your dreams – that’s thanks to your favorite source of local travel information: Andalucia.com, of course!

Discover the Parador of your dreams at Andalucia.com

ParadoresParador hotels are one of the most unique Spanish gems on the market, opening up a few of this country’s most prized monuments to the public as hotel accommodation. Throughout Andalucia, castles, palaces and other historic buildings are now Parador hotels, each with its own story to tell and its own manner of providing comfort and charm to its guests. In addition, modern Paradores have been built in remote areas to make spectacular natural beauty accessible to travellers. Andalucia.com is Headline News

The site has been hailed as leader in providing information about this region to English speaking web surfers, with 40 percent of visitors coming from the United Kingdom alone. Spain and the United States each bring in 17 percent of the site’s monthly visitors with the remaining visits coming from other EU countries (18 percent) or the rest of the world (8 percent).

Editors Corner

There’s a reason why so many people come to Andalucia on holiday and never leave – and no, it’s not just the sun.

Yet another reason to stay on can be found in all the festivals, fiestas and ferias that keep life exciting.

Holy Week and the April Fair in Seville have come and gone; now it’s time to visit Córdoba where locals celebrate spring by allowing the public to tour their private patios that are bursting with spring flowers in pots that adorn walls and balconies.

May is also the month for May Crosses, a celebration that takes place in Córdoba.Other prominent festivals include the Jerez Horse Fair and the El Rocío pilgrimage.

In the midst of all the spring festivities, you can breathe new life into your website thanks to the services of our sister company, Andalucia Web Solutions, which offers cutting edge Search Engine Optimisation to bring your site into the upper echelons of each and every search initiated by people looking for your goods and services.

And speaking of goods and services, if you’re looking to fill a vacancy or sell just about anything – remember that the Andalucia.com Classifieds cost just 10 euros for two months advertising. That’s maximum coverage at minimum price.

Finally, congratulations to Andalucia.com which has just celebrated its 12th birthday!
