Designers Corner

They say that time flies when you’re really busy (or is it when you're having fun?), either way, 2010 has flown by really fast for the team at AWS. It has been a sensational year!

It started with winning a tender to design the GNSO website for ICANN. ICANN is the Internet Cooperation for Assigned Names and Numbers and the GNSO is the Generic Names Supporting Organisation for ICANN. We were all thrilled to be involved in this project. Our technical manager visited wonderful Copenhagen for the 2010 Drupal Conference and came back buzzing with excitment over the new version of Drupal (Drupal 7).

AWS were also honoured to be selected as finalists in the 2010 Costa del Sol Business Awards. These awards are designed to recognise and promote excellence, good business practice and innovation.

The team have been busy developing new products and have come up with a fantastic online shop which you can literally buy ‘off the shelf’ and within 2 weeks start selling your products and services online.

The sales department have also been brain storming for ways to offer their clients higher profiles on Andalucia.com (the world’s most visited website on Andalucia). You only pay for the traffic that goes directly to your website – it works out as great value for money!
