Marbella and the surrounding area is the jewel in
the crown of the property and real estate market on the Costa del
Sol. Some areas in and around Marbella are the most wealthy and
expensive in the whole of Spain. The real estate market in the Marbella
area has seen phenomenal growth in the past decade, which shows
no sign of abating. Some properties have doubled or tripled in the
