The original 17th Century Casa Palacio has been meticulously restored and converted into a small private luxury boutiqe hotel with a vibrant restaurant, one of the outstanding features, offering a relaxed fine dining experience. Casa Robles developed into a extensive winery/ bar with two new buildings next to the original. Around 1964 the restaurant, which was located in a small room on the first floor, started to grow.
