ABOUT US Jackie and June started Very Important Properties in 1991, in Sotogrande, with an established clientele who were only too anxious to stay with the property management expertise offered up to that date, thus enabling them to continue to enjoy their property investments here in Cadiz Province. Both Jackie and June had 6 years’ experience prior to 1991 running a property management and letting department. Their understanding of owners’ concerns and the need to maintain regular contact with their clients are very important characteristics of their business. Entrusted with keys and considerable funds by owners, Jackie and June take great care in controlling access and costs. They have an excellent team of cleaners captained by a very proficient housekeeper. Indeed cleanliness is where VIPS SL receives most of its accolades. |
