The over 50's Show - ESTEPONA - 28 & 29 November 2009
The Over 50's Show returns to Estepona the last weekend of November 2009. Organiser Des Duggan rated the 2008 Over 50’s show as a smashing success.
Once again, seniors in the south of Spain will be treated to health checks, antique valuations, Internet and computing tuition, information about wealth management, golf lessons from the David Leadbetter Academy and much more.
The Over 50's Show is based on a formula that has brought success to the event at a variety of venues over the past decade. Since 2007, this popular event for seniors has been offered to residents and visitors to the Costa del Sol with the 2007 edition attracting over 80 exhibitors and some 5,500 third age visitors, both expats and Spanish. Attendance and participation in 2008 was considerably higher.
New 2009 attractions will be added to the programme of events. These included wine tasting, fashion and make-overs, crafts, information on costmetic procedures, advice for better petcare and more.
The Over 50's Show is held annually in the Estepona Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos, a venue that is well signed and easy to locate on the entrance to Estepona when arriving from Marbella on the A7 coast road. The facilities are purpose built with 2,000 square metres available for exhibitions.
