Re: Residencia for spouse

From what ive read i dont believe so. has to be done on its own merits. Only thing they could piggy back on would be healthcare if for eg one was an O.A.P and one wasnt. Worth checking on cab spain just incase.

Re: Blocked I.P address.

Your phone data will have a different I.P address to your router so should work. Maybe your router I.P has changed itself

Mines blocked again. Was fine yesterday.

Re: Blocked I.P address.

It happens on and off for me. I guess when my I.P changes. Doesnt on other sites so i think this site is just ultra sensitive. I.p changes if i turn the router off only for ten mins or so.

Using your mobile? I presume you mean data?

If people want to do it for themselves then obviously they should, in just the same way that they complete their own tax returns, but if some people want to pay someone to do it for them it is not necessarily...

Re: NEW RESIDENTS CARD

You dont have to change it if you have any type of green residents card. But the general thought is that at one point it will be made a requirement the same as all no...

Re: Residencia. Yes or No ?

Many thanks for your posts, they make very interesting and sobering reading. All I would say is I have no intention whatsoever of breaking the rules in Spain, but that doesn’t mean the Spanish authorities wouldn’t look to break the rules against me.... ------------ Hi des. But you are breaking the l...

Re: Residencia. Yes or No ?

You are only supposed to apply for residence if you intend to make spain your habitual home and are moving here full time.its not to be filed cause you are for example spending a four month winter holiday here. If you do file for spanish residency you should then fill in a hmrc form telling them you...

Re: Residencia. Yes or No ?

Why not just apply when you are ready? The Spanish are not going to stop UK citizens moving to there country after brexit are they Sid?. If you were say 15 years old now but intended to move to Spain when your old enough to make that decision legally it would surely be the same process as for us ol...

Re: Residencia. Yes or No ?

I may be wrong but surely becoming resident in Spain means that you would automatically be expected to do so for tax purposes as well? Is there a lesser form of residency other than the full tax resident version for people that live here full time? Not sure if things are now more complicated for fi...

Re: Residencia. Yes or No ?

This is obviously something alot of ppl are thinking about because of brexit to the point of there was a post/announcment in the C.A.B site that the spanish authorities are aware of many brits who are breaking the law by applying for residencia now when they have no intention of becoming residents a...

Totana above mazzaron has gone back to stage one. Nightclubs amongst others causing the problems again.why they are allowed to open is beyond me. As someone who worked in that atmosphere for 15 plus years they are a total germ fest! A breeding ground at the best of times. I was at the dentist this m...
