We had a simar unit to beach. Its ok if you want to use it drawing the day,certainly cools the room but it is noisy so imo no good for sleeping. Cost around 400 (hisense) and we sold it when moving. Yeah non retires who have a place bought and shared amongst family and friends for two weeks here and there. Younger people with an inheritance who buy something for 50k up in torrevieja for eg.. But its pretty expensive where iam compaired to other parts so i see alot more retired or almost retired...

There was a clip on canal tv news. They have tensa barriers outside the sliding doors where the meet and greets stand with their cards. Everyone else just stands waiting near the cafe

All the info is on the gov.uk site. You need a lateral test in spain and you have to pre book two (day 2 and 8 i think tests via the gov.uk site and then quarentine for 10 days thats off the top of my head. Check on the site for exact info
